A wise old yak lived next door to the young yak.

“Yikes!” yelled the wise old yak.
「ギャー！」賢く年老いたヤクは叫んだ。
“Yoo-hoo, young yak!” the wise old yak yelled over the fence.
「ヤッホー、若いヤク！」と、賢い年をとったヤクはフェンス越しに叫びました。
“Yes?” said the young yak.
「はい？」と若いヤクは言った。
“You should taste things before you yell yuck,” said the wise old yak.
「君は叫ぶ前に物事を味わうべきだ」と賢いヤクは言った。
The young yak leaped over the fence into her neighbor’s yard.
若いヤクは柵を越えて隣の庭に飛び込んだ。
She tasted a yellow banana, the yogurt, and the yam.
彼女は黄色いバナナ、ヨーグルト、そして山芋を味わった。
“Yoweee!” said the young yak.
「よろしく！」 若いヤクは言った。
“These are yummy!”

And now she’s the Yak who yells, “YUM!”
